Try before you buy

Because our products are digital datasets, we strongly encourage every buyer to request and review a free sample before purchasing. The sample lets you verify the fields, format, and data quality so there are no surprises.

Digital product policy

As databases are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are generally considered final once the full dataset has been delivered. We are unable to offer refunds simply because a dataset has already been downloaded.

When we will help

If the dataset you received is materially different from the sample provided, or the file is corrupt or undeliverable, contact us within 48 hours at our contact email or on WhatsApp. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file or a suitable resolution.
